"During our inspection for termites the inspector found termites even though I told him I have never seen a termite in the house in 15 years. Mr. John Tibbo from J&J Home Services arrived to access the termite damage to our home, estimated it, and sent his restoration crew to repair it in only a couple of days. The crew consisted of his son Shawn and his team Gene, Tim, and Tom. They arrived around 8:30 AM and worked until after 5:00 PM the first day and continued this effort for the remainder of the job. In the process of removing wall panels to correct the damage, they located several large active nests and kept removing suspect wood until all traces of termite activity was corrected."
